1/3 lb. Black Angus Beef Patty – (use item # 501417)

Cheddar Cheese – (use item # 513199)

Bacon – (use item # 555253)

Grilled Onions – (use item # 599400)

Egg – (use item # 512610)

Lettuce – (use item # 599370)

Tomato – (use item # 599381)

Brioche Bun- (use item # 509289)

DIRECTIONS:

Cook beef patty. Place cheddar cheese on patty and allow to melt. Grill 2 ounces of onions as you cook the beef patty. Place beef patty with melted cheddar cheese on bottom half of the brioche bun. Top with two strips of bacon, tomato and grilled onions. Then top the sanwich with a fried egg and serve open faced.
