A refreshing pita with fresh fruits and vegetables.
Pineapple Chicken Pita Wrap
1 lb. – Chopped Cooked Chicken Breast
1/2 Cup – Chopped Carrot Strings
1/3 Cup – Toasted Sliced Almonds
1 Can – Crushed Pineapple (Drained)
4 Pitas (Flour or Whole Wheat) Cut in Half
8 Lettuce Leaves
Litehouse Coleslaw or OPA by Litehouse Coleslaw or Litehouse Ranch Dressing
Combine ingredients in a large bowl and stir together (except pitas and lettuce leaves). Place the lettuce leaves inside the pita and fill with 1/3 of the mixture.
